• Packet Pick-Up - Saturday, April 13 @ St. Ladislas Church - 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (process entries; distribute race packets)
• Race Day Sign-Up - Sunday, April 14 @ WHS Track - 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. (process entries; distribute race packets)
• Water Stop Volunteers (man water table)
• Course Marshalls (direct runners/walkers on course)
• Award Volunteers (help distribute awards)
• First Aid/Lost & Found Area (man area)
• Kids Run Volunteers (manage crowd & distribute prizes)
• Messengers (shuttle race results to race officials)
• Refreshment Tables (man table - distribute water & fruit)
• Finish Line Volunteers (collect rip tags & manage crowd)
• Split Timers (keep time at mile markers on course and announce to passing runners/walkers)
• Parking lot attendants
